By accessing and using Kaltir's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services and Exclusivity
Kaltir provides a listing acquisition system. Exclusivity is granted on a per-territory basis and is only confirmed once a formal agreement is signed and the territory is officially provisioned. We reserve the right to refuse service to any applicant based on market capacity.
3. Performance Guarantee
Our "10 Appointments or $0" guarantee is subject to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement. This guarantee requires active participation and follow-up from the client as instructed by the Kaltir system.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, AI workflows, and proprietary funnels provided by Kaltir are the intellectual property of Kaltir. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these assets solely for your real estate business within your licensed territory.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kaltir is an independent acquisition system. We are not responsible for market fluctuations, third-party platform changes (e.g., Meta, Google), or the final conversion rate of leads into signed listings, which depends on the agent's performance.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kaltir operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
